A Weekend For Everybody @ Northcote Town Hall

Presented by Darebin Arts and Melbourne Fringe.

Join in a Deaf dance party, or bust a move in the world’s smallest nightclub at Melbourne Fringe event, A Weekend for Everybody.

Families are invited to participate in a FREE weekend full of high-energy, fun and accessible events at Northcote Town Hall.

Events include;

Truth or Dare by Sibylle Peters / Theatre of Research (Germany)
An epic battle of Truth or Dare in Civic Square at Northcote Town Hall between adults and children. In public. What could possibly go wrong?

Infinity Dance Jam by Joseph (JOF) O’Farrell
The smallest nightclub in the world. Young people are invited to share their best dance moves, which are then projected onto the Northcote Town Hall that very evening!

Hone your moves in a free public dance class on Saturday 22 September and an accessible workshop on Sunday 23 September. No experience needed, leg warmers optional.

Club Kids Music Academy by Dale Packard
No blip is too blippy and no squelch is too squelchy – young people can experiment with samplers, drum machines and keyboards to create electronic music.

Youth Stage
Visit the youth stage, curated by the young people from FReeZA, rocking out from 12pm – 2pm Saturday and Sunday.

Saturday 22 September 10am - 5pm
Sunday 23 September 10am - 4pm
