Snow Patrol - V Festival Sideshows @ Hordern Pavilion

Snow Patrol - V Festival Sideshows

Snow Patrol love Australia and are poised to once more take to our stages to woo and captivate us with
their superlative songs and melodic pop-rock charm.

To date Snow Patrol have sold in excess of an incredible 7 million albums worldwide, including their latest
A Hundred Millions Suns, which houses the mighty radio hit Take Back The City.

With Chasing Cars a favourite on radio playlists, their 4th album release Eyes Open hit commercial
success going gold in the US, and later reaching platinum status. In the UK Eyes Open was declared the
best selling album of 2006.

After gaining wider attention with their 3rd album, Final Straw, the band propelled themselves firmly into
the public consciousness, through songs on Grey’s Anatomy (Chasing Cars) and the Spider Man 3
soundtrack (Signal Fire).

The colossal single from the massively successful album, Chasing Cars earned Snow Patrol the honour of
being the first UK band in 13 years to break into the Top 5 of the Billboard singles chart, as well as
gaining then a Grammy nomination.

Hailed as one of the biggest bands on the planet at present, and already toping the bill at V Festival in
Sydney, Gold Coast, Melbourne & Perth, it is our absolute pleasure to confirm 3 exclusive headline shows!

Joining Snow Patrol is their special guest, former Rilo Kiley lead singer, Jenny Lewis , making her first
Australian visit following the release of her second solo album “Acid Tongue”. Hailing from the bright
lights of Las Vegas, this indie-pop chanteuse is bound to mesmerize audiences.
