Star of the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and Gala favourite, JASON BYRNE is returning to Melbourne for a once off Massive Christmas Special at the Athenaeum Theatre.

Byrne will perform exclusively in Melbourne, unleashing his renowned devilish brilliance and energetic lunacy in a brand new show featuring new stories, props and of course, the star of every show who cowers in dread whilst begging for more - The Audience.

Delivering completely sold out shows at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival annually since 2005 - Jason Byrne will not be returning in 2013 due to filming commitments - starring in ‘Father Figure’, a TV sitcom commissioned by the BBC, created and written by Byrne, based on his BBC Radio 2 show of the same name.

This is the last chance to see Jason Byrne live on stage until 2014.

Jason is thrilled to be heading to Melbourne for the festive season, delivering his very own unique Christmas message:
