Temperamental Slavik Kryklyvyy was once a world-champion Latin dancer, famed for his explosive style. Ten years later, with beautiful new girlfriend Anna Melnikova, he tries for the big time again. Pumped and primed, he's more driven than Anna - and way more experienced. The duo come third, then fifth, in Bournemouth, Blackpool and beyond - the comeback is unravelling. Worse, Slavik's former partner (Joanna Leunis) is one half of the winning couple. Anna struggles to stay positive in the face of Slavik's obsessive perfectionism. Contractual commitments force them to keep going when their relationship falls apart - but can they keep dancing and not be lovers? Ballroom Dancer is the story of flawed love - as dramatic as the tango, as hot as the samba. The dynamic couple are mesmerising on screen - the 'Always on My Mind' sequence is guaranteed to get your heart racing.
