Rockhampton’s favourite sons, Busby Marou have just returned from their first tour of the US and Canada with big smiles on their dials. The old saying “no rest for the wicked” certainly applies here. April brings the announcement of the I Still Don’t Believe tour which coincides with the release of the deluxe edition of their debut album and their first performance at Bluesfest. I Still Don’t Believe is the brand new single recorded with Anthony Lycenko (Elvis Costello/Xavier Rudd) in Byron Bay between shows on their most recent tour and is available now for fans to devour. “Indie kids surrounded us basking in their glories, ragging on my clothes and harping over Radiohead. Little did they know, we laughed at everything they said.” I Still Don’t Believe – Busby Marou The new single is available on the Busby Marou deluxe edition, along with covers of Cyndi Lauper’s Girls Just Wanna Have Fun made famous on triple j’s Like a Version; Lemonhead’s If I Could Talk I’d Tell You and two tracks from their Blue Road EP Something For Me and Moving On.
