Description:

DEAD LETTER CIRCUS (DLC) are unlike any rock band to emerge from Australia.. IN a whirlwind two years, DLC have ascended to the forefront of alternative rock. Their much anticipated debut album 'This Is The Warning' hit number two on the national ARIA charts and their national album launch tour sold out everywhere.

The recipe for their success?

Take quality musicianship, melt melodies that soar over modern rock tones, then whip audiences across the land into a frenzy with an unrelenting touring schedule. Marinate in very strong independent EP and single sales, a heaving army of passionate supporters won from festival battles and airwave solicitation, and bring to the boil with incendiary Big Day Out and Come Together performances on full heat. Serve hot and compare result to Muse, U2 and the Mars Volta.

But be aware, DEAD LETTER CIRCUS is the rarest of flavours, brilliant but ultimately indescribable.

August/September this year will see DLC back on the road for a huge national tour, hitting the highway to reach many regional areas along with some massive capital city shows.

Joining DLC will be special guests BLACK DEVIL YARD BOSS (BDYB). BDYB features ex-‐Mammal members Pete Williamson and Zane Rosanoski and -‐Pete Murray’s Stonemason bass player Michael Davids.

Loved it, One Step a def highlight. Space on the Wall wasn't as clear as hoped but still had an awesome time. Usually can't stand drum solos but thaat one was pretty sick. Overall; rather epic

Space on the wall was a real let down. DLC lost the spark on this one.

was great to see local acts supporting bigger names! Taken by the Silence rocked my world as usual and sleep parade were wicked! I have to say though, watching Cog's drummer Lucious do his work for DLC was the highlight of the night. great venue and ... (more)

I was really psyched to see DLC yet after going to see them recently at the Arena I feel like I still haven't seen them at all! Sound was so badly distorted I still wonder wtf!
