The Eagles - Glenn Frey, Don Henley, Joe Walsh and Timothy B. Schmit – are returning to our shores in December 2010 for concerts in Sydney, Perth, Brisbane and Melbourne.
In 2004, the Eagles undertook a mammoth sold-out tour that delivered hit laden concerts that had fans on their feet begging for more. The 2007 release Long Road Out of Eden soared to number 1 on the ARIA charts and certified gold after merely one week – an impressive achievement in itself which was magnified by the fact that the band had taken a 28 year recording hiatus. To date, no other band has been able to achieve this degree of longevity and remarkable international sales.
The Eagles have enjoyed further accolades in the form of multiple GRAMMY® Awards and secured a position in the revered Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1997, their first year of eligibility.
