“WE'RE GETTING BACK TOGETHER!
Just so we can break up again. These will be the last shows we ever play together so buy your tickets and come sing along. One show in Adelaide, one in Sydney and one final show in Melbourne. Venues are small so tickets will be limited. We picked these places because we played them a lot early on and they bring back good memories for us.
Apologies if you don't live in any of these cities and feel ripped off, you'll just have to hop a plane if you wanna come to a show. Let us know if there are any songs in particular you want us to play. We need to learn all of our songs again, so going over a few really old songs should be a piece of piss.
It'll be the first time we've played together in 2 years and we're pretty pumped.
Thanks for everything!”

Horsell Common
Melbourne three piece Horsell Common will long be remembered as the little band that could. With one of the most individual and vibrant sounds ever created by an Australian three piece, the band toured non stop around Australia from 2003-2007, picking up fans from any and every scene, and critical acclaim from all kinds of press and industry. They released four EPs – 2003’s “A Who’s Who Road Of Living”, 2004’s “Lost a Lot of Blood”, 2005’s split EP with Trial Kennedy and they’re highly acclaimed “Satellite Wonderland” EP in 2006, before finally releasing their opus in debut album “The Rescue” in 2007. Between that the band toured with a diverse list of bands that includes Karnivool, Shihad, AFI, Kisschasy, Hawthorne Heights, Story of the Year, and Grinspoon, before doing a set of well attended headline runs in 2007-2008. They had songs played on Triple J, scored glowing reviews in Rolling Stone and Blunt Magazines, and appeared on the cover of multiple Street Press.
Unfortunately, all good things have to end, and having taken the last year and a half off the road the band has finally decided to move on to new things.
But they are making sure that the legion of fans that embraced their unique sound and live performances has one last chance to give them the send off they deserve. Horsell Common will play final shows at the venues they came to love during the early stages of their tenure as a band – The Arthouse (who they wrote a song about in single “Royal Artillery”), Spectrum and Enigma Bar. All shows are available on presales and everyone that presales tickets will get a copy of “For Laughter, For Drama” – a 25 song CD set of all their EPs, as well as unreleased / rare material. This will be the only way to get the CD as it won’t be made available to stores and only a limited amount are to be pressed.
