Fleetwood Mac's founding member and arguably the world’s most famous drummer and percussionist, Mick Fleetwood will return to Australia in March, to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the release of the first record, “Fleetwood Mac,” and is giving fans the opportunity to experience the sound and energy of the original band in a very personal and intimate gig.

The new Blues band brings together the people who created music and those who were influenced by it to produce a show of unparalleled energy and a true vibe of the ‘60s.

The Mick Fleetwood Blues band is playing the exact type of music Fleetwood Mac played between the years of 1967 and 1970 – the finest in Blues and Classic Rock & Roll. On the project Mick has said, “I’ve been very excited about the prospect of doing something like this for a real 40th Anniversary Tour and I’m so pleased at how it has come together. I can’t wait to see the reactions from the fans – the music is there, the energy is there, all of the pieces fit.”
