Lady Gaga’s Sydney performances scheduled to take place at the Hordern Pavilion in March 2010 will now be held at the Sydney Entertainment Centre. There are no changes to the show dates, which remain March 17 and 18. SEE BELOW FOR NEW TICEKT DETAILS
Lady Gaga returns to Australia in March 2010 for a much-demanded headline tour. The Australian tour will feature a spectacular new arena production and full band.
Following her spectacular performances with The Pussycat Dolls earlier this year, the divine Ms. Gaga has been tearing up stages around the world.
During August she was one of the stars at both Japan's Summersonic Festival and the UK's V Festivals and will shortly be undertaking a co-headline U.S. tour with Kanye West.
2009 has been hailed the Year Of Gaga as the enigmatic superstar broke records and topped charts around the globe.
Debut album 'The Fame' reached the top ten in over 20 countries worldwide, with Australia the first to embrace the inexplicable Lady Gaga, clocking up triple platinum sales in just a few months as she placed five singles in the top 50 selling Australian singles of this year. Lady Gaga's debut boasts massive hits - the latest 'Paparazzi' and previous infectious ARIA #1s 'Just Dance' and 'Poker Face'.
Back home in the US, Lady Gaga became the first artist in nearly 10 years to reach the summit of the Billboard Hot 100 with her first two chart entries, and became only the third artist in the 16-year history of the Mainstream Top 40 airplay chart to collect three #1 songs from a debut album - 'Just Dance', 'Poker Face' and 'LoveGame'.
While Lady Gaga sets the charts alight, its on stage where her story truly comes to life. A shifting artscape of the past, present and future, a live performance by Lady Gaga leaves you wondering how music survived without her.
~~~~~~~~~~~~NEW SYDNEY VENUE DETAILS:~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Lady Gaga has just hit the road with her new, MASSIVE live show and is determined to bring the full production to all her little monsters down under. The scale of the show production is now too demanding to be accommodated at the Hordern Pavilion.
