Yep, it’s been a long time coming, but we are pleased to let you know that the first national headline tour of Australia by Sydney’s inimitable Jack Ladder kicks off this June.

Of course, Jack has been sporadically traversing the country since the release of his album, Love is Gone, playing his own shows, and securing supports with the likes of The Duke Spirit (UK) and Cut Off Your Hands, but this June/July and August though will be a solid string of shows all of his own.

As well as spending months in review columns Love Is Gone has also notably gained Jack the coveted 2009 Red Bull Australian Music Prize. The first of many ribbons we expect! This tour will culminate with Jack’s performances at Splendour in the Grass and the mighty QLD Arts Festival in August, with the following September being spent writing his next record before he heads to the USA in October to perform and showcase for labels and record said album.
