Barbara Luna is one of Argentina’s great guitarist/songwriters, she captivated audiences at Womadelaide in 2001 and now returns to Australia with her all-star, all Argentine band for her Amanece Tour. Her music is rich, varied, bold and seductive and traverses Milonga, Chacarera, Creole grooves, Son Bolero and other South American folk influences. Barbara will tour nationally to Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney 5 - 15 June 2009. Barbara is presented in Australia by Cre8ion and the Adelaide Cabaret Festival, Sydney performances are also presented in association with Carriageworks.
