Led by guitarist and production supremo, Lance Ferguson, The Bamboos are masters in raw old school funk and super-heavy soul. After a summer of festival appearances and backing such icons as Eddie Bo, the band returns this June for a slew of dates nationally.

Having now released two albums for the UK’s seminal groove label, Tru Thoughts, to worldwide critical acclaim, The Bamboos now proudly present the enigmatic and fresh vocalist, Kylie Auldist on the forthcoming album, Just Say, available nationally May 26.

With her powerful and soulful style Kylie has already attracted comparisons to the world’s best singers, including Sharon Jones, Amy Winehouse and Nicole Willis.
