Joaquin Hernandez Snr began Café Hernandez in Sydney in 1972 having been quality controller in his country of origin – Spain. Café Hernandez in Sydney has been associated with the roasting of superior coffee blends, which are supplied to restaurants, cafes, hotels and offices.
It is also well known for it's bohemian café at Potts Point and more recently for its expansion to the restaurant business in Darlinghurst. It continues to do all of these endeavours through various family members that are committed to the tradition of service and quality.
