Turkoise Mediterranean Restaurant was originally establıshed in 2006. This restaurant has been under new management as of early February 2008 by Yassıkaya family. Originally operated as a cafe, after recent management change Turkoise was transformed to a modern & unique restaurant. The new owner Mr Yassıkaya has a finance background which allowed him the financial ability to travel around the world to some of the best restaurants & experience the great flavours of different cuisines around the world. His passion for authentic foods & unique tastes combined with the experience & vision of the award winning chef work together to strive for excellence in Casual Fine Dining & the goal to become the best Mediterranaen Restaurant in Sydney. Turkoise Restaurant is located outside of Macarthur Square on Kellicar Lane.
