Jacques Reymond restaurant is located only ten minutes from the Melbourne CBD, and occupies a stately Victorian mansion, dating back to circa 1880. Featuring extensively landscaped gardens, open fireplaces and a private car park, the house acts as a historical landmark in the area, and has been used as a restaurant and reception centre for over fifty years. Purchased by the Reymond family in 1992, the house has undergone extensive renovation so as to include three uniquely separate dining rooms, as well as a larger upstairs space for private functions. The restaurant is proud to have been at the forefront of Melbourne dining since its inception, and head chef Jacques Reymond is very much chef in the kitchen, a figurehead for his flagship restaurant.
