Zambrero Fresh Mex Grill is the brain child of a medical doctor. Whilst paying his way through medical school by working in Mexican restaurants, Sam discovered a passion for Mexican cuisine and started to concoct his own recipes. Through the integrity of fresh and high quality ingredients, fused with gourmet cooking techniques Zambrero’s became a taste sensation. One food critic remarked, “it’s like crushed up happiness in a soft tortilla”, we couldn’t agree more and adopted it as our catch cry. We believe that by making quality Mexican cuisine using the freshest ingredients and providing excellent service, we will ultimately be able to take over the world and force everyone to work in under ground taco caves. Whilst that will always be the dream, until then we will be content with being the best fresh Mexican Grill in the free world.
