Sam Sparro is the first artist announced to be appearing at the 2009 Good Vibrations festival.
The Los Angeles based Australian pop artist rose to prominence this year with his single 'Black and Gold', and is also reported to be working on a collaboration with Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan.
