Former Pulp frontman Jarvis Cocker will tour Australia this December, it has just been announced.
The erudite Brit-pop king released a string of critically acclaimed albums throughout the 80s and 90s with his main band Pulp. In 2006 he released his first solo album entitled Jarvis, which was followed by his 2009 release Further Complications.
The tour kicks off in Brisbane on December 5th before winding through Sydney, Perth and finally Adelaide on December 10th. There is no Melbourne show as yet, though Liveguide suspects this is because Cocker will appear at Meredith Music Festival.
Tickets go on sale Friday August 14.
