New York lo-fi punk trio Vivian Girls will fly to Australia for the first time this September for a national tour.
The group emerged last year with their well received debut album, a work that showcased their peculiar blend of harsh textures and pristine, harmonised vocals.
Vivian Girls will headline the Mistletone 'Spring Tones' event at Melbourne's Roxanne Parlour on the 26th of September. They will also play Sydney, Hobart, Adelaide and Brisbane, as well as a Melbourne sideshow.
Tickets for the tour go on sale Friday 10 July. Tickets for Spring Tones go on sale Friday 17th of July.
