This is a brilliant performance by Cowell, but the poisoning scene, where Hamlet's mother dies, is way over the top... saw a preview performance.Hopefully they will adjust her "convulsing" for upcoming audiences!

Wow, Brendan Cowell is such an incredible Hamlet. I'm going again!

Hamlet is amazing at times, however his tone becomes repetitive during the 2nd act
The sword fight is too long and not choreographed as well as it could have been
Its too freudian - every character seems to end up kissing every other one on the lips
And it didnt help when an audience member had a medical emergency just as Hamlet was dying
But overall a fantastic play

Polonius is the best thing about this production, with many of the other characters overstated.
