Phillip K. Dick. The Galactic Pot Healer.

Becasue A) i have yet to read a crap book by Phillip K dick and
B) there's this part where these people get swallowed by this crazy sea-monster-type-thing and they can all feel everythign about teh other people. their thoguhts and emotions. all that conection. the ideas in his books are really interesting and this is easily my fave.
