Liveguide is giving away 2 double passes to the inaugural Australian CREAMFIELDS festival, in the city of your choice.

The first ever Creamfields Australia line-up is sure to excite all musical tastes, we’re bringing you the ‘Cream of the Crop’ (no pun intended).  After causing mayhem at the recent Stereosonic Festival in December, The Bloody Beetroots return with their Death Crew 77 full 6 piece band.  A fusion of punk, rock & electronica, their shows need to be seen to be believed. Next up is one third of the popular ‘Swedish House Mafia’ group Steve Angello who is one of the most successful house DJs in the world. After rocking the world with the introduction of his hot remix of Eurythmics’ ‘Sweet Dreams’ he’s created several aliases / remixes & collaborations since, that have topped the club charts around the globe. The duo behind MSTRKRFT (aka JFK & AL P) return to Australia with a rockin’ set of EFX, multiple decks and production. With a string of hit releases & remixes under their belt, including: Justice, Bloc Party, Annie & Wolfmother, their current stormer ‘Heartbreaker’ feat John Legend on vocals has been a Summer anthem across Australian clubs. Ferry Corsten certainly needs no introduction, he’s one of the world’s biggest trance DJs regularly winning prestigious awards, creating club filling anthems and playing euphoric live shows. His recent release is a re-take of his hit 1999 anthem: ‘Out of the Blue 2010’ - System F.

LMFAO will bring down the house with their 6 piece band, seeing as their current club smash ‘I’m in Miami Bitch’ (and remixes) is THE hottest tune around right now.  Grammy nominees, this electro-hop act have remixed for: Kanye West, Lady Gaga and Black Eyed Peas, to name a few.  Dave Clarke can only be referred to as a legend in the world of dance music.  One of the biggest techno/electro DJs in the world, his technical ability to mix up anything from techno, electro, ghetto-tek, hip hop to new wave remains in constant demand.  Dutchman Marco V is known to many as the master of progressive.  Although he started out as a trance DJ, he now combines electro-house, progressive house and progressive trance.  Marco V recently won the prestigious ‘Best Tech House DJ’ at the DJ Awards in Ibiza Sept 09.  To the delight of many fans, Green Velvet return to Aus with their full LIVE show.  With the success of ‘Flash’ & the hit track ‘La La Land’ and 'Shake and Pop’ Curtis Jones and crew will thrill all with his funky sounds, abstract vocals and pounding beats.  Stay tuned also for their long awaited forthcoming album, where they will be showcasing new tunes and the new collaboration with Kid Sister.  Melbourne / global sensation Dirty South comes home to rock the crowds with his thumping electro house set.  These will be exclusive shows, he won't be playing anywhere else for a while, so don't miss out! ‘It’s Too Late,’  ‘Let it Go,’ & ‘The End’ have proven to be big releases as well as ‘Open Your Heart’ (with Axwell), ’How Soon is Now’ (with David Guetta & Sebastian Ingrosso).  He’s remixed the likes of: U2, Snoop Dogg, Tracey Thorne, Depeche Mode and Josh Wink.

Kid Sister will be performing her dynamic show with her 4 piece band.  Signed in 2007 to ‘Fool’s Gold’ (Armand Van Helden & A-Trak’s label), Kid Sister released her first hit single ‘Pro-Nails’ with special guest Kanye West and has collaborated with the best in the biz for her new album ‘Ultraviolet’: Estelle, Kanye West, Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso. House and techno maestro Joris Voorn has impressed fans the world over with his live p.a’s and DJ sets – deep and atmospheric tech-house-electro with an old school vibe.  He's been the leader in his club tech genre for over 12 months now and he brought the house down in a huge way on his last trip to Aus.  His production credits are nothing short of impressive with Joris mixing the latest Balance #14 CD.   Lifelike will bring his live show for the first time ever to Australia, with  driving basslines and French house vibe.  Lifelike has had the support of Thomas Bangalter, DJ Falcon and Alan Braxe since the 90s.  Lifelike has remixed artists such as: La Roux, Shapeshifters, Sia, Annie, The Presets, Sneaky Sound System and more.

A ‘Rising Star for 2010’ according to Beatport, Riva Starr has made his mark on the scene in a big way.  In only just over 2 1/2 years his remix and release package is extensive and his tour schedule is booked months ahead.  Already connected to some of the world’s biggest labels, this newcomer has buzz written all over him.  Tommie Sunshine is a regular to our shores and always impresses with his vast catalogue of records and mixes.  He’s consistently seen to be ahead of the curve and is known to many as the taste maker, music historian without a doubt.  His rockin’ remixes (over 120 no less) of artists such as: Panic at the Disco, Kelis and tracks with Felix Da Housecat, Miss Kittin, Peaches, Tomcraft and DJ Hell are all crowd favourites.  Bingo Players have started 2010 off with a bang topping the Australian Club Chart for 8 weeks & Beatport Chart with their new re-take of the classic ‘Devotion.’ Creating craziness on the decks with their hands in the air tunes, the Dutch duo can do no wrong.  Their bootleg of Suzanne Vega’s: ‘Tom’s Diner’ is another that drops to huge crowd roars.

Filo & Peri have come onto the scene in a big way.  These New Yorkers have raised the bar with their new album and the sound of ‘Ashley’ still ringing in clubbers ears around the globe.  Signed to the acclaimed VANDIT label, they have enlisted the help of Eric Lumiere and Giuseppe Ottaviani to help out in their latest offering ‘Soul and the Sun.’ John Andersson aka Zoo Brazil has been producing and writing music since he was 11, amazing! He’s released over 100 singles under the monikers of: Laid, Cuba Computers, Nars, The Kelly Project and more.  He’s one of dance music’s most innovative and respected producers.  John wrote Kylie’s track ‘The One’ and has worked with: Moby, Tiësto, Fatboy Slim, Dannii Minogue, Tiga, Human League, Ian Pooley, Dirty Vegas, Swedish House Mafia, John Dahlbäck and more.  His new album is about to drop soon! And last but not least, Oh Snap! consists of old school hip-hop dynamo Mickey Fortune and singer/songwriter, rock star impresario, John Neilson.  Oh Snap!! is one of the flyest, hip-hop, electro, pop, folk, polka duos around.  Recently, the guys played shows with Jay Sean, Sean Paul, Lil Jon, LMFAO, and Far East Movement.  Get ready Creamfields Australia, these guys are coming to shake things up BIG TIME!

To go in the running to win 1 of 2 DOUBLE PASSES to a Creamfields festival in SYDNEY, MELBOURNE, BRISBANE or PERTH, simply answer this question:

Who is your favourite artist on the line-up, and why?

Entries close Monday 19th of April. Winners will be notified by email.

I can't choose! Of Course I want to see the Bloody Beetroots! They went off at Stereosonic! Can't wait to see what their 6 piece band will be like! Also love Steve Angello, MSTRKRFT, Ferry Corsten and Green Velvet! Dirty South is another one of my fav's! He's mixed so many good songs! I missed him play in Brisbane but luckily saw him play at the MOS nightclub in London and at Sensations in Melbourne!
Creamfields has a pretty darn good line up! :-)

Dirty South is undeniably amazing...but the terms 'cream', 'dirty' and 'south' are orgasmic in combination with his saucy beats.

The Bloody Beetroots... you know how you have their songs stuck in your head and you can't sing it but REALLY want too. But really, they're great for a liver cleanse after a big night of synthesizer especially at Creamfields! Insane lineup and Bloody Beets 6 Piece band woohoo they're gonna have some full sound!
