I found him! He's working at Crown Towers in Melbourne! I went to the bathroom and he was standing there by the sink waiting patiently, with a slight sad look in his eyes. He was wearing a red suit with a small cap with a Crown Towers logo on it. After I finished he handed me some soap and a towel to wash my hands. I gave him a 50c tip. I know it was him as he said "Thank you infidel" as I left.
