THE CASTLE ... so many incredible one liners that have become part of the everyday Aussie lingo!  "How's the serenity?"  "Tell him he's dreaming!"  Just love it, I must have seen it a hundred times and I still cack myself!  "We're going to BonnyDoon..."   LOL

Lantana. The acting is first rate. Kerry Armstrong, Anthony Lapaglia and Vince Colosimo are fantastic. Great storyline.

The Black Balloon - was an interesting insite into the world of autisitic people, that you'd never know existed. But I want his bear ears!

Looking for Alibrandi because it really related to me and my mates growing up. Young teenages facing racial discriminations within Australian society. I watch it quite regulary now. Love it!

Fortress (1986).. lead was Rachel Ward. Small country town schoolhouse gets invaded by bad guys, teacher and children kidnapped only to escape and make for the bushland  while being taunted by their captures.... until the kids fight back - what's not to love? That and when i tell people it's one of my favourites, they assume i mean the one with Christopher Lambert **sigh***
