Absolutely the poorest form of any promotion company and ticketmaster not to notify us about the changes to schedules! Some of us had been waiting months for this one and then no gig! My ticket says the 25th not the 24th. Smarten up your act. At the very least some kind of notification would be a common courtesy.Come on, an apology at least?

Drove all the way from blue mountains last night to Win Entertainment Centre. Would have paid $1000 per ticket to see Michael Mcdonald, BRILLIANT Could have raffled the rest. Missed out on Boz, concert started too early and finished too late, Babysiter. Come back on your own Michael. Rob, Luddenham

Went to Wollongong last night and was very disappointed. considering the cost of the tickets I thought the presentation not very professional, yes the back up singers had a large vocal range but I don't remember any of the advertisement having half the songs sung by anyone other than the artist. Venue had no consideration for people with mobility issues, couldn't understand most of what Michael McDonald sang and only recognised a few of his songs. When Boz came out fantastic when he sang songs I recognised but as is previously mentioned by other people the two main songs my husband and I wanted to hear didn't happen. His backup singer used her opportunity to sing every sing variance in her range to the point of hurting your ears. when Boz came back out for the encore did we hear "All Alone" or "What Can I Say" NO he did a 15min guitar jamming session. I'm not going to another concert again because it dispells the illusions you have held for the artists you are seeing.

Who promoted this tour? Changes to dates. Mick Fleetwood Blues Band was originally advertised as the backing band for the Sydney concert.
Boz and Michael would be justified in never returning. Their audience wss treated with disdain by the promoters

There was lack of that "Sunshine State' weather for Saturday's gig in Brisbane, but what a show. It kicked off early with fine Aussie talent Simon Schapiro before Mick Fleetwood got back to his roots and let loose with his Blues Again band. There wouldn't have been many patrons (any?) who knew the other band members but Mick ensured that they shared the accolades. A quick Riverstage reshuffle and Michael McDonald and his superb backing band (including his long-time saxophonist, some great Nashville musos & his 'secret weapon' - his words - female drummer/vocalist) played his own songs and familiar Doobies and Motown tunes from more recent albums - and extremely well. His voice is just so good and he gives so much of himself. That was enough for the fare by the end of the set, but there was more! Boz Scaggs and band with that typical Scaggs silky tempered tight sound was complemented by his distinctive voice. from a few Silk Degrees tracks to some blues, it was cooool Boz. Well done gentlemen and ladies and to all the sound techs etc - great show & plenty of bang for your buck - just a pity more Brisbane people didn't venture to this one but those who were there were treated to some fine music and musicianship.

Despite torrential rain and an apparently expedited schedule, we were both captivated by the performances, both vocally and instrumentally.

Doobie Brothers' favourites "Takin It to the Streets", "What a Fool Believes" and "Minute By Minute" were Michael's highlights along with his solo "I Keep Forgetting". His supporting band were also high calibre, especially the 'secret weapon' behind the drumkit collaborating on a couple of funky Motown tunes.

Beginning his set with a silky smooth delivery of "Jo-Jo" was a highlight, and even though we'd have like to have heard "What Can I Say" and "We're All Alone", he didn't disappoint with radio favourites "Lowdown", "Breakdown Dead Ahead" and "Lido Shuffle".

All up, in despite of the appalling conditions, the sound was clear, pitch perfect and the pair performed enough of their popular songs to please an avid fan or casual listener.

Grate night at Cassegrain but i think that Michael McDonald should have had top billing as his upbeat tunes set you on a high ,while Boz tunes a more laid back to end the show.

Worth every cent and more. The sound quality was superb and they have still got it after all these years, and the very animated Mick Fleetwood. x
