This is my favourite show so far. Second time seeing Gyro but I don't know if it was the supports, or how small the venue was, this one kicked arse. Wasn't bad that I met Karina and Josh from Y & R outside either. :P

The kick off of the some of the places I know tour demolished all aspects of reality and threw us into the world of cool and crazy alternative band Gyroscope. set to perform at the one night stand in Alice Springs, the band had us sweeping for more and more.
Ignoring the technical difficulties and somewhat delayed start, Vocalist Daniel Sanders’ delivered forward and poetic lyrics comprising of tunes predominantly from Are You Involved? And Breed Obsession pushed a drive into listeners and before you knew it you were in this pit of loud and sweaty (and passionate) fans, resulting in an overwhelming grace of amazingness
Sweet sounds and the atmosphere of Newcastle Uni’s bar on the hill presented that casual, back-verandah feeling you can only get in Aus, suiting to Gyro’s Perth-based status and making us all feel at home.
Occasionally teased with unheard songs from their forthcoming album, Cohesion due to be released in April and ending with their best known songs including ‘Snakeskin’, Gyroscope brought to the audience an insight to what lay ahead, definitely a go see if you don’t mind getting stepped on.
Whitsundays tour

The Airlie Beach is the gateway to the Whitsundays, colorful, cosmopolitan holiday town lying on the beach fringed with palm trees and views of Pioneer Bay areas of stagnant, full of yachts. Airlie is part of a picturesque peninsula that stretches across the Whitsunday Passage and provides an ideal base for exploring the Whitsunday mainland holiday fun and adventure. On the Whitsunday tours, never forgot to see the Airlie Beach.
