Ugh why didn't i see Ray Davies on Monday? The Kinks are one of my fave bands! Same with Wilco on tues... but nah, spent my money on Loudoun Wainwright and Sonic Youth.

any regrets?

I regret missing bjork when she was out for sydney festival. I wish I had of caught the rapture when they were out last. and Death From Above 1979 when nobody knew who they were and played at spectrum, I knew at the time I was going to regret that one though.

yeah i figured with Bjork i was going to get a BDO ticket... i was right but she cancelled. dammit

i'm obessed with an NYC rock revival band called The Hold Steady... like superobsessed. caught them at the first Laneway but didn't see their sideshows at the Mandarin and the Gaelic 'cause i wasn't obsessed yet. it would have been awesome to see them 3 or 4 times in a weekend without having to stalk them around the country

I'm going to miss glastonbury! I was probably never going to go, but I still feel pretty bad about not going.

yeah, the pixies was a big one. once in a lifetime thing. I saw them at vfest so feel okay about not catching the sideshow.

I regret not catching billy thorpe. and motorhead.
