This program is play based and specially structured for 2 to 5 year olds to build confidence and self-esteem while helping to develop their gross motor skills and co-ordination. The brightly coloured equipment gives children the desire to explore their surroundings and stimulates their imagination. The hands-on program promotes parent/child interaction to help create a positive attitude to physical activities and a healthier lifestyle. Children will learn a wide range of skills such as catching, throwing, rolling and balancing in a safe, fun and non-threatening environment.
