Elephant Rock set the stage for an exciting Rock and Roll Show playing rock and roll classics from the 50’s to today’s hits This talented 3 piece band delivers quality in their Harmonies, Stage performance and Sound and is in demand to back performers for shows across the country. Elephant Rock has backed many top name artists. Consisting of three seasoned musicians this band has a reputation for making a room jump. Elephant Rock are: Danny Withington Bass & Vocals ex Twisters, Rich Kids Michael Olsen Guitar & Vocals ex Twisters, Dukes of Earl John Chisholm Drums and Vocals ex Dukes of Earl The guys have had years of experience in the entertainment industry and have worked alongside many top names in the industry including such greats as Col Elliott, The Delltones, Lucky Grills, Geraldine Doyle, The Bachelors, John Williamson, Normie Rowe, Dennis Knight, Steve Cummins to name a few. The band has had many years experience performing for corporate functions and special events and have won many awards including an Australia Day Medal Presented to the band by the Premier of Queensland in recognition of their work for charitable organizations. As well as touring Australia and overseas with top entertainers Elephant rock deliver an exciting stage show of their own incorporating hits from yesterday to today.
