Ever wondered the secret to matching a great drop with your favourite chocolate? Using a combination of Bracegirdle’s single origin chocolates with cocoas from destinations including Madagascar, Tanzania & the island of Sao Thomé, be shown how deliciously decadent a match of fine chocolates can be to fortified wines, using a 20 Year Old Liqueur Muscat from Oxenberry Wines and a rare Liqueur Shiraz from Scarpantoni Estate.
