TRU energy, once again is the major sponsor for 2012 Track Cycling Carnival in February. The carnival will again feature the Bob Whitford Memorial Wheel Race with over $300 in prize money plus winners trophy from the prize pool of just over $1000. Organisers are expecting another large number of entries this year with the increase in track racing at the club this season. There will be 20 events in total for under 13 & 15 riders with Under 17's and 19's competing with the seniors in A & B grades. Entry on the day will be $10 for U/17, U/19 & Seniors while junior U/13 & U/15 entry will be $5. A full events list will be posted on the Club Track Racing page once all events have been finalised.
