From Boxing Day 2011 through to the day after Anzac Day 2012, the Frankston Waterfront will be transformed as 3,500 tonnes of sand is meticulously carved into spectacular sculptures bringing to 'life' the magical world of Toytopia. Open 10.00 am daily ( including public holidays). Close December and January - 7.00 pm daily. February to April- 4.00 pm Monday to Thursday. 6.00 pm Friday to Sunday.
