Castlecomer is a Sydney 5 piece consisting of four cousins and a best friend. They have over a number of years constructed a fully soundproofed loft for rehearsing and recording above the garage of one of their houses, which has become a haven of creativity. All five of Castlecomer's members write their own music, resulting in an exhilarating, invigorating and refreshing diversity in the style of each of their songs. Add to that the stunning vocal capability of each and every member, and the fact that they are able to trade instruments and lead singers at any time - and do this in their charged live performance with ease - and you have a fair understanding of what Castlecomer is about.. a fluid, versatile band with an intense love of music of all genres. Castlecomer has graced the Sydney music scene playing hour upon hour of cover material, or playing explosive sets of their own original material, consistently and invariably pleasing the crowd with their warm, full harmonies and fun-loving attitude.
