Having formed through local artists with a common goal at the beginning of 2008, Melting Pot has grown up! From regular shows at Melbourne's premier venues to now popular weekly "Songwriters in the Round" nights, the infamous Melting Pot crew continue to expand their reach and wreak havoc on the Melbourne music scene. On a night that for some may symbolise a lack of substance and vision, at the Corner Hotel, the 21st of August restores faith through music with some of the most exciting local acts in The Frills, Creatures of Karma, Siobhan and Lauren Victoria.
