Returning from an action-packed year of recording and performing in New York, Sydney-born soul and jazz stars The Hipstones are back in Australia to release their highly anticipated second album, Dreamers. Featuring some of Sydney’s hottest jazz musicians and mixed in the United States, Dreamers is a stunning record that combines jazz and blues, infused with harmonic whimsy. The official album launch will be at Sydney’s The Basement on March 11, 9.00pm. Earlybird tickets are $15 and they are available from www.thebasement.com.au . The Hipstones will be accompanied by their very funky 10 piece band with string quartet.
