Make your way down to the Fresh Food Mall at Chatswood Chase Shopping Centre this Saturday 4 April and Sunday 5 April and witness celebrity chef Darren Simpson cook up a storm in the first new look Coles supermarket to open in NSW. Darren will be holding cooking demonstrations between 11am and 1pm using a variety of fresh Australian seasonal produce. The new Coles supermarket will open its doors for the first time on Saturday and will feature a fabulous new open layout and mouth watering fresh fruit and vegetables on ice. And if that doesn’t satisfy your taste buds - Chef of the Year 2009 Justin North will also be appearing at Relish on Saturday 4 April and Sunday 5 April from 11am to 1pm. As well as cooking demonstrations, Justin will also be signing copies of his book and while stocks last customers spending over $100 will receive a free signed copy.
