3,2,1 I'M DONE is the Screwtop Detonators first record. It is the result of three recording sessions across two states, five years of live shows and calling on favours from anyone who was kind enough to offer. The disc started life as a humble 4 song E.P recorded on a budget that wouldn't get you drunk on a Saturday night. After relocation to Melbourne from our home state of Perth, the EP ended up in the hands of legendary engineer/producer Charles Fisher (Radio Birdman/Hoodoo Gurus). The good folk at Off The Hip Records have released the little gem, alongside Midnight Woolf’s new fuzz-drenched/reverb soaked killer album Tropical Disease. They have just returned from the winding roads of Europe: Spain, France and Belgium all rejoicing in their midnight-hour swamp-slop shenanigans. Both bands team up in a double launch on Saturday 6 December at The Tote with special guests Bitter Sweet Kicks and The Knockouts.
