Recipients: The Guitars for Schools program; The Fall in Light Foundation
Amanda Armstrong is the president of the Fall in Light foundation; a non-for-profit organisation
supporting disadvantaged young people with their music education.
All proceeds made on the night are donated both to the 'Music, Play for Life' - Guitars for Schools program;
which purchases guitars for underprivileged music students;
and The Fall in Light foundation - which hosts fundraisers, provides master classes
and performance opportunities for students from the Guitars for Schools program; both programs operate in schools
set in low/socio economic areas throughout Victoria.
