Popboomerang Records are proud to host their first annual label showcase at the Tote, featuring some of the east coast’s best purveyors of pop stylings. Starting the night will be keyboard driven and “Beatles” influenced Melbourne artist Adrian Whitehead who will be launching his debut album ‘One Small Stepping Man’ Following Adrian will be Britpop inspired local lads Brilliant Fanzine who recently dropped their debut long player Then Comes Monday on an awaiting pop community! Next on the bill is Sydney’s best kept secret, the rock meets country flavoured Bryan Estepa who will be bringing his full band along for the ride this time. Bryan will be launching his new album Sunday Best on the night. Closing the night in true rocking style will be the 7 strong Danna & The Changes (who have recently emerged out of the ashes of much loved Melbourne band The Suits). Danna & The Changes will be playing all the soon to be hits from their debut album Consonant Cacophony. Entry is $10 and all payers get a limited edition 16 track label sampler to take home. So let Popboomerang warm up your winter on Friday August 22 at the Tote Hotel.
