12,000 kms... 36 shows... 12 weeks... 4 dickheads... Now it's all lead to this... As a Grand Finale to our tour, King Farook are putting on a string of shows for 5 nights straight at The Sando in Newtown. The shows are running from 22nd to 26th of July, and they'll be the last Sydney shows until the end of the year. It's going to be 5 nights of wall-to-wall mayhem. Every show will be unique, with different special guests each night, and of course the kind of party atmosphere you only get from King Farook. Let's make the Tour Finale a week to remember. One that you'll look back on fondly in your old age. One whose stories you will pass on to your grandchildren and great-grandchildren. This shall be the stuff of legends; generations upon generations shall tell barely remembered tales of rejoicing the likes of which the world has never seen - before or since. Entirely new venereal diseases, destined to ravage humankind eons hence will find their origins in a fumbling drunken sexual encounter between 20 heaving bodies crammed into the confined space of the upstairs toilet cubicle at the Sando. Our voices shall rise as one beyond the ether and the clamour shall reach even unto the halls of Valhalla, whence the souls of departed warriors shall lament their passing having come too early to partake in this most bodacious of parties. As in the days of Babylon, the gods themselves shall fear the strength of our unity and send forth the entirety of their might against us, but their efforts will fail - for our might is yet greater, and we shall tell them to fuck off! So it is written, so shall it be done!
