Description:
Julie Anthony has held a distinctive place in the hearts of Australian and international audiences for more than 20 years. Simon Gallaher’s longstanding success as a performer has also inspired many, and together, this dynamic duo never fail to impress.
Julie and Simon are delighted to return to Hamer Hall in 2008 with a hand-picked selection of their most loved songs including melodies by some of the great composers of the 20th Century from George Gershwin and Richard Rodgers, to Peter Allen and Neil Sedaka.
Duet highlights include a medley from West Side Story; Nat King Cole¹s Unforgettable; Roy Orbison’s Crying; as well as featuring selected solos from both artists.
Joined by Kevin Hocking at the piano, this concert promises to be a superb show of great song and entertainment.
