With an impressive array of residencies across the country, and having played at some of the most glamorous events on the social calendar, this ‘electro-funk odyssey’ of talent & tomfoolery, have quickly secured themselves at the forefront of Australian dance music.
Dirty Laundry draw inspiration from a number of musical genres to create an eclectic mix of funk infused house, hip-hop, jazz, soul and breaks. Phat beats, funky riffs, hip-hop chants and vocal hooks are all part of the Dirty experience; so to categorise these guys as a ‘dance band’ would be to undermine their musical diversity. The brainchild of long time friends Seany B, Dean Cherny and JJ Styles, Dirty Laundry comprises an MC, 2 DJ’s, female vocalist and any number of live musicians. The last Friday of ever month features the entire six piece Dirty Laundry Crew
